This page explains how to prepare a useful editorial correction and where to direct a booking, access, transport or emergency enquiry.
Report information that needs checking
The site does not currently provide a public contact form. When an editorial contact channel is published here, a useful report should ideally include:
- the exact address of the page concerned;
- the sentence or information that needs correcting;
- a link to the most recent official source;
- the date on which you noticed the change.
Do not send identity documents, booking references, bank details or medical information. This site does not manage bookings and cannot intervene in a case with a carrier, accommodation provider or activity operator.
For an operational question
Contact the responsible organisation directly when your question concerns a current situation:

- Martinique Mobilités for public-transport networks and itineraries;
- Météo-France Martinique for weather warnings;
- your airline, accommodation provider or activity operator for a specific booking.
In an emergency, use the appropriate emergency service. Even a carefully researched travel page is not a real-time assistance channel.
