Browsing the site

Tourisme en Martinique is currently published as a static website. It offers no user account, personal area, comments or public form. The editorial site therefore does not ask you to submit a name, postal address, telephone number or payment information directly to it.

As with most websites, the hosting and delivery infrastructure may process technical data needed to serve and secure the pages: IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, browser type and security events. Technical logs may be retained for a period determined by the infrastructure provider’s settings and obligations.

Cookies and audience measurement

The site does not currently set advertising cookies or create marketing profiles on its own initiative. If audience measurement, a form or another feature requiring additional processing is added, this page will need to be revised before that feature goes live and, where the law requires it, the user’s choice must be collected.

Links to external websites

The guides link to public bodies, site managers, transport operators and other useful services. When you follow one of those links, you leave Tourisme en Martinique. The external website then applies its own privacy policy, cookies and terms.

Before sharing personal data or completing a transaction with an external service, check the website address, the provider’s identity, the displayed terms and its privacy policy.

Good practice for an editorial enquiry

If a contact method is published later, limit your message to the information needed for the requested correction. Never send a password, identity document, bank details or a complete booking reference. Available contact arrangements will be stated on the contact page.
